I got started in this hobby reading one pf Picko's threads and it turned out fairly decent. How did you get burned?

I saw three MPAs based on his rec and had unpleasant experiences. I'm not talking less mileage, I'm talking vast differences in demeanor, appearance, and quality of facilities. TBF, I probably should have walked on one occasion based on a bad vibe but I wasn't really as skilled at that in the past. Also, most of these places are in the east end, and I had sporadic access to a car until recently, so it's not just a matter of turning around when I don't like what's behind the door. Im not, as xtc is suggesting, that Picko is untrustworthy, though really the level of effusiveness combined with bumping threads and pitching other girls at a spa (at this point it feels like Delinto's entire roster is represented in his reviews, I think Nancy is the only straggler) feels a bit greasy. I'm saying it's incumbent on me to be skeptical, especially since this pattern of posting is not unique and has led to well-founded accusations of shilling. In this case, the loss is minimal. I live comparatively close to Delinto, so if I go through the same kind of thing it isn't nearly as impactful.

I have been and will not go back. I hate it when they don’t respect your time. I booked with someone only to find out that someone took my booking. No apologies given. I came back again to give them a second chance only to have been waiting in the table for 20 mins waiting for someone to come into the room. I was told that the girl was 27.
