Assuming you got a decent Magic Cuts type haircut you paid 115 for a R&T. A bit high altho' most cheap places won't be as visually satisfying. Try the special at Swan or Prosper City.

It is a good deal for $50. Add 1/2 green for a complete one hour massage. Hj is on the menu for 3 green. Total a brown and a green including a haircut. Tell me where else I can find such a good deal. if you feel like FS, then you may want to go somewhere else.

I took my son for a haircut to the hairloom on kingsway and 7th avenue. or is it 12th and 7th. anyways, near a gas station and near a pub (duck something) anyways, it seems there was alot of action and the place is pretty big. I wouldnt mind going back for a rub and tug or more. should I toftt? The only lady I saw was a mixed lady (half white half vietnamese) about 40 years old.

I've given the lady you're referring to a try. Not the best looking, but I was thinking with the wrong head. I can say that she doesn't really know how to massage. Like a typical AMP massage. and when it comes to the tig and berries, she's not too subtle and works on gett'n you off sooner then later. On the other hand, while she was playing, I put my hand up the back of her skirt and started playing and she let me do pretty much what I wanted. I wouldn't say it's worth the funds due to the room fee +. Monica over at the 10th location is actually not too bad.

Hairloom at 6th St and 10th ave is busier and has more attendants than the one on 12th st at 7th ave. They will send a girl over to the other place on request. Small but decent rooms with showers, but certainly not soundproofed. Mileage is variable but sometimes very good, but there is a high turnover. The massage attendants who are not licensed to do haircuts get no pay, but lots of guys want only a massage and leave no tip. So the girls usually move on to make a living. If there were more pooners going there and leaving an appropriate tip, the girls might make enough to stick around. While the management does not tell you, there is a shorter session available for a room fee of less than $30.

Both Hair Loom locations are in New West, but not very close to the college. You can ask to see who is available, but after paying for a massage. I have demanded and received my money back after not being satisfied with whom they sent me (but it was a blatant bait and switch situation). I have not been there for a long time and don't know if there are any appealing girls there now because of the high turnover. The available girls are usually sitting just inside the entrance (and can be seen from the parking lot of the strip mall), but some of them might be doing haircuts. And women clients can be waiting in the same area to have their hair or nails done: a bit confusing. It is probably too hit and miss for going out of your way for a visit, but if you are driving along 10th ave or Kingsway (becomes 12 st at 10th) anyway, it could be worth checking out the line up. While the manager will not offer it, there is a 20 min session for about $27.00 with tax and I think all the girls will at least negotiate to do a hand job to get a tip.

For a $30 room fee you can get a longer, more private session with more certainty of what is on the menu at a cheap AMP such as Diamond or Butterfly on E. Hastings. But there is not much else in NW except a few incalls and the message places in Burnaby tend to be more expensive.

Tammy on 12th is about 35 ish and great masseuse. Gives a good hair cut as well. She's Chinese, speaks English well and not bad looking. Never had more than a HJ.

You will never know until you try. Since I went to my first micro about 15 months ago I have not been near an AMP. Really not reason. Much less rush in a micro, no massage table and a real bed. And, always an accompanied shower. That part alone is worth the whole.

johnny_stranger: PM me the numbers you have for the two micros and maybe you can go with me tomorrow evening. It is always fun to go to a micro with a first timer. I am going to pass on it today and see a Canuck game instead.

I do not see why visiting a micro will make you nervous. Once you are there, at least at Simon's, you will wonder why you waited so long. And, there are so many other choices in Vancouver.
