Cotton Scrub Pants with belt loops?

I would love to buy some cotton scrubs to teach in but I am a big man and normal draw string or elastic scrub pants just roll down . Am I the only one with this scrub problem? I like belt loops but it seems rare to find that kinda of detail in a scrub. I have had some Cherokees that were made this way and loved them. Can't find them anymore. Any suggestions? TIA ~peter

With a quick search, I found Landau has one style of men's scrub pant with a belt loop. Not sure they are 100% cotton.

Seems like Landau might be your best bet. I did a little more searching, and the choices seem limited. I thought Dickies might have some great ones, since they really do a nice job with the women's lines... but they seem to only have elastic waist or drawstring, unless you look at the other uniform pants they make.

When I was in school, I noticed most of the males chose not to wear scrubs, but a pair of Dockers or similar slacks and a polo shirt. I can understand a preference for scrubs (it's kind of like acceptable pajamas you can wear in public) but the other uniform looks professional and comfortable. And if you use a bottle holster there's really no need for scrub pockets.
