Really? Many of the ladies will offer up their number, especially after a couple visits. Generally not to "chit chat" with them but often so you can contact them directly when you want to come see them. Some of the girls really like this approach, can plan their days etc. In my mind not a big difference asking a lady for her number for same purpose. Maybe I'm in the minority here.....

Very much agree with this. I read all the Oakville reviews generally, and Sundance's reviews have almost all been positive for ladies he has seen at SL-W. Even the first Echo review was positive. Are we not allowed to reflect on a session that was not ideal.... where something was off. If a lady is great, then one or two reviews that are negative will barely scratch the service -- what is does do is provide validity to the review process. It's not always rosy all the time.
Fortunately there are a lot of good providers scattered around Oakville, Burlington, West missisauga. Plenty to go around.

Not sure what is going on here with this thread however my 2 cents would be : a good spa is open to all feedback because their intent is to provide a good service at a reasonable rate and build a loyal client base.

On the other hand, a spa with a sole focus of maximizing daily cash flow will want to ensure all the negative feedback is hidden so clients will try once. They are not concerned about repeat business.

So....if a spa is banning members for providing negative feedback, they are likely not a great place to spend your hard earned after tax $$.

If someone is banned due to actual harassment of the staff, that obviously makes sense. Some of us have entitlement and anger mgt issues, no question about that.

I had two visits with Echo, seems more like a misunderstanding.
The second visit wasn’t a good outcome, my review was respectful enough.
Yet you blamed the customer. That’s your pattern, bully, shame, harass & ban.

Everyone knows. You know. The customers know. The girls know. The other spas know.

Yes, I've heard that as well, call a few spas to voice her displeasure about the comments suggesting some are working for the other spas.

I think in the past she's had her way (as has Jimmy), I like her, but the presence on MP, so much HYPE and NOISE, I don't find it welcoming. It's a cold place, as noted I think too much pressure on the girls.

I dont' know for sure, but you can feel a difference from the girls.
