you should call their customer service. i'm almost certain that bag closes with a zipper. i called there the other day to ask about their tote bag and they said the only bag that closes with a zipper is 3440012 which is the number for that bag.

I have this bag from MW...thought it would solve all my storage problems, but, honestly, even for chair massage gigs where I don't need sheets, it's just not big enough! When I took it out of the box, I was surprised at how small it was, but I liked all the pockets and how it sits upright. Yes, it does have a zipper, but with all the stuff I try to stuff in, there's NO WAY I can ever zip it. I suggest that MW come up with an extra large version of this same bag.
