Best prostate massage?

Which SP offers the best prostate massage? For the naiive ones out there, a good prostate isnt rubbing the sphincter, its reaching onto the prostate itself, rubbing it with the right rythm and pressure, especially during release...

I tried it from two SPs, uninspiring. Both just stuck a finger up my ass. That has its value, but its not $20 additional.

Another thought is which SP will use buttplugs, or even better, (gasp!) dildos?

If I take my own, an SP shouldnt mind using it, if paid for a prostate massage.

Any thoughts?

If you absolutely must do it, ensure that the person uses a new latex glove, lots of lube and is extremely gentle. You can do permanent painful damage if you are not highly cautious. You are asking for trouble. You may get away with plenty of hightened orgasms - or end up with a damaged prostate. I am astonsihed how little is reported about the effect of sexual activity, or lack thereof, on prostate health especially as it relates to prostate cancer.

I think I read recently that an early start to masturbation, and frequent orgasms throughout life, reduce risk. Any support for that? If that is the case, guess we are all right as rain!

Also, is there any comparison as to prostate health between gay and straight men? This assumes gay prostates get a lot more activity than straight ones.
