Doing a quick search, they have an adult karate class. As someone who's been involved in martial arts for over 20 years, clubs don't "rent out" to random people, that's just silly. It'd be a huge liability if someone got hurt, they could get sued. Clubs will rent out space provided you have your own insurance.
