yes, it is true that girls make a spa sucessful or not. Management (i.e. recruiting also makes a difference. Heck, you even say it yourself in one of your previous post).

Do you remember our conversation in July last yr? Pls read the one below in case if you forgot. We are only 8 months into it and you can see where I am heading.


In about a year? LOL.
I guess you don't understand the nature of my job. My job is like a contractor for renovations or putting addition to a house. Once the job is done I leave for another job.
Let me brief you a bit about my job background history so you learn some thing new. Just keep your mouth shut and listen Okay.

I was doing some promo jobs for fun in SP world in red board helping out the girls and agencies I like with big help from hapkido aka Leviathan in my old days. I was doing very well but got bored of SP world and switched to MP scene later on. I started my promo in MP world after meeting Perly aka Joey at Melody Wellness, she was the best fuck mate of my life, and then Cherry at WithMe, and then Anna and Helen at A Eden, Lu Lu, and then Anna at Moon Dreams , Golden Lotus and then Annie at LV and La Monny who became Ella at Ellagance later on. I was doing promo at holistic spas just for fun while banging them. I got bored of holistic world and switched to semi legit later on.

My first real job(getting paid) in spas started with doing reception at E&M after I switched my hobby from Holistic to semi legit. They were getting only 12 - 13 customers a day before they met me. I built them up from ground up and left after they were able to run on cruise control at 35-40 plus a day. My loyal asssistant was Shillerkiller who followed me from SP world. He was nasty pretty much like Magicmon(Shillerkiller ?) but I was able to use him very well. He puts E&M on front page every day..lol
Then I went to JR after former E&M receptionist Amy invited me to JR where they were doing 15 to 16 customers a day. I helped them out and left after they got 40 -50 plus a day. Then I took over one of the hardest job at Shangri La, where Renee was running with her friend Shelly with a few undesirable old ladies and getting only 5 to 7 customers a day and some days 0 customers. She was crying every day and even thinking of selling the spa. I went in there clean up the house, got rid of her friend old ladies and hired new younger girls and built them up with my very talented assistant qinging's help. It was a tough job but lots of fun cuz qinging was so talented with his funny graphic cartoons. I left after they got 20 plus a day and went back to JR a few months to do some upgrading while doing reception job there.
Then in late August 2019 and early Sept , I went over to Ellagance 2 weeks after they opened, helping them out until they got 35-40 plus a day with big help from my assistant Dr Snake who was the best hard working employee I have ever had . I left Ellagance after the Pandemic hit in late December and early 2020. Later on I joined QQ chains , helping out QQ, LM, MG, ELm and 1+1 and also doing side promos for a few spas who approached me for help and getting paid as well.

Are you listening with your mouth wide open and shaking your head? Pls don't shake too hard, it might come off. I hope you learn something new from reading this. Any questions kiddo? lol.
BTW..my sincere apologies for bumping you out of QQ chain. It was Fifi's decision. I swear I have nothing to do with it and I didn't even know your existence and you're helping her.

You don't need to be young to have sex. It seems like I'm older than you, and when it comes to sex, I'm the Energizer Bunny. You just need to stay away from smoking, drugs, marijuana, stay fit, exercise daily, eat the right foods in a large variety, and use alcohol only sparingly. It also helped that I was active in sports from since I was a kid growing up. Keeping stress away, in my opinion is mostly hype. Stress can be good in a way. When you go through battles in life, it makes you stronger in the long run. A person who lives an easy life without any struggles, is a weak person. You have to learn to persevere and fight through your battles to get to where you want to go.

My secret? Living a stress free, worry free life, able to ignore ill minded idiots in here. Hanging out with positive people, happy people who love me. Help others whenever you can without expecting anything in return. Never let small things bother you. Letting go of things beyond your control. Most important things of all, keep yourself fit and healthy bearing in mind health is wealth.

You should try Mavis next. She is as good as LV and more skillful with her mouth. Hot and cold BJ in shower and wet nipple sucking with slurpy sounds and all. I still can't figure out how she did it without water seeping out of her mouth.
Another person you should try is Nikki if she comes back on shift. Kiko was also great but a little thick for my liking. Dior is well known for her vice grip pussy I have yet to try. Viet Candy is on my next TDL.

I'm looking up info for QQ Spa, I just found one in my AO, USA which has many more restrictions but I'm hoping QQ has a similar approach no matter the area.
I did a fly-by, went in, saw 1 cutey, she said all the right things, I'll be back with Ca$h, because it's cash only and all I Had was a debit. Next time I'll be fully prepared, showered, shaved, etc.
