I had issues trying to book using her Proton email. After some correspondence, we agreed to a day and time. The day of the meeting I emailed her to confirm we were still good for the time booked, and she said because I didn’t send a deposit she didn’t hold the time slot. In our back and forth, there was no mention of a deposit to hold the time. The menu she emails you back is long and unnecessary, IMHO. Booking via text would be a lot easier.
