Alright guys, time for an update on this situation.
To catch whoever up, I went to this spa a few weeks ago and was given the run around with my booking and walked out with no service. Came onto here and wrote about my experience and called out the spa to do better. They reached out to me and said they'd like for me to rebook and waived the room fee for me, I confirmed a few details with the manager and booked Amy for Monday around noon.
So on Monday I had booked Amy. The manager Jenny was very helpful and had open clear communication with me in the morning.
