999 is doing well although it changed its name over a year ago. It is now called Jiu Yuan. Beautiful, young girls and good service are a given. I would caution those perhaps not to go in the evenings or on Saturday afternoon as you can expect a wait...sometimes over 1 hour. The bottleneck is the limited number of rooms...not the girls. Customer base is over 95% Chinese. The last time I went, I had a girl who was initially upset at being selected by me. I was her first westerner. She told me later that she had an agreement that she would not have to do a foreignor. Not only is there a fear of the size of the cock, but also diseases. She was forced to go with me though since I was a "lao ke" (frequent customer). In the end, she lived...and told me to ask for her when I come back.

999 is open early...at 12...this means that if you go between 2 p.m. and midnight...you will have the full compliment of ladies to choose from with more limited options before and after.

As an aside, I have been to 999 over 50 times and once asked a girl how much it would cost to have her stay with me and just service me...and help me with my chinese. She was happy to do so provided I pay her the equivalent of her salary at 999. So I asked her how much...and she makes 20,000 to 30,000 a month. (Note: As a general rule...whether its drinks for a bar girl or a massage...the girl gets 30-40%).
