sid i think you have it backwards - if I want a massage I go to a massage place. If the girl isn't interested in giving a massage, shouldn't she just be an incall SP instead? Let's be fair here, should ALL the client's change their definition of a massage or should the smaller percentage of "MP" places fronting for SPs change their minds?

I think you're right in certain way...if a guy wants a regular massage, he goes to a regular place. He pays 45-50$ for an hour...very straight...Not to a sexy massage place thinking you get an hour, no options for 25$....come on!!! Put yourself in the place of a girl facing a guy like this.....she's working only for options....and the guy doesn't want any....will she give an hour for free???
And remember MP's are not SP's....they are sex workers but quite differente.

They are not massaging me for free..
They earn a flat rate....$$ for 1 hour booked and half of that if the client books for 1/2 hour.....and then there are other places that pay the girls
x dollars per shift.....

Anything earned above that is based on the girls' ability.
When I say ability I mean that "If the mp has taken an introduction
course in massage, then there is a pretty good chance that the client
will want to explore other possibilities...However, if the girls skills are a tad
lower than standard in the normal massage department, then 9 times out of 10, she will try to "hustle" or "front load sale" the client before the massage
goes to 2nd base..
Think about it now......you spend 50 bucks..you are on the table...you wait 5 minutes..she comes in...starts massaging...doing abad job at that..and then..not even 5 minutes into it..she tries front loading you...hell if the beginning of her service is an indication, then the rest will match the beginning......the client already put money ont he table......now you expect the client to put more money on the table?
Show me what you can do for the basic service......let's get into it
a good 40 minutes on the hour.......and then......if the client demonstrates to you.....that he would like to know if a,b,c is a possibility, then
the girl should be able to judge if she wants to move her service to a higher level.......Every successful mp operation works that way......Very few
mp operations have thrived on 'FRONT-LOADING'.....iF YOU WANT TO FRONT LOAD, get into multi level marketing, or get into the telemarketing rackets..

But if you are into a service business;
especially something like mp; or even the oldest profession in history,
the ones that have lasted all agree that "Skill and discretion and word of mouth will guarantee a loyal following".
Front loading will hurt you in the long run..
All this to say Mr Sid, that you can spend your money anyway you choose.
As you visit the mp's around the city, you will discover that there are
a few that have lasted for several years........while there are a great many that shut themselves down and move to another location as the owner/operators foolishly believe that another location will be the
winning formula, when in actual fact, the formula is based on 3 principles;
and these principles have been clearly explained.

About the free stuff, one sure thing;you pay I know but without options the girls works for free, she gets no income....you see? Every MP places are the same. But you're right about the quality of the girls...MP's or SP's, same problem: you can't connect with everyones. Even if you connect some are not good at their jobs....like every profession (not every doctors are good!)
And there is the fact that if you present yourself in a MP place, it's because you need a little something, right? Then order from the "menu" at the opening of your session, that's it!! Like in a resto, you check the menu, you order, get your meal, eat. If it's not good you don't get back there. And you don't order 10 mins before your 60 mins lunch!! It's part of the bizz, and part of the risk as a client. It's just a bizz like any other....but because it's not an official bizz some might think "they" can fix the rules (as client)...no no no
too bad!! And maybe if you have frictions with a great sex worker MP like the girl I was talking about some messages before....ask yourself if you respect her in her fonction and the rules already in place...;-))

What I am trying to explain is this...If the girls do not have a basic training in massage, what I mean by that is a 2 day course or 3 day course, then for the business that is not promoting a full service, there is no value in the money that is spent and if I am correct the average hourly house rate is 50 bucks, 45 bucks for 45 minutes and 35 minutes for 30....that is the average..

As for what a client is looking for; I agree that we go to relieve stress.
How can you succeed in relieving stress if the client is being charged up front 50 bucks and then , 5 minutes later he is being front loaded again..another 25 to 80 dollars more. In that case, the menu/price should be posted outside like a restaurant.

But then if we are charging 50 bucks for a hamburger then the hamburger has to be worth 50 bucks.
How can a waiter/mp expect to demand up front 15 percent or 20 percent or even 25 percent tip(or more money) if he/she hasn't even served the main course?
As a restaurant client would you pay the waiter his tip before the main course? Would you agree to front loading ?
And if the glasses of water that he served were over filled and they spilled onto your pants would you feel comfortable about forking out the money before the goods are delivered?
I think not.

Sid.....the mp business like any service business is built on service, discretion, and performance. If the 1st base performance is worth 7 on 10 and the mps' staff is discreet, then front loading is not necessary as the
clients will clearly indicate to the mp exactly in which part of the playing field they want to go.

If however an mp business wants to front load, then the fee structure should be clearly indicated to the client before he even puts out the money for the hour that way, he can walk out without expense and better still feeling
as if he has succeeded in avoiding being hustled..
..Respect goes both ways....
I can not say that I have visited every mp in the city but I can say
without a doubt, based on what I have gone through,
that every mp that front loaded me, disappointed me.
Every mp that provided a 7/10 basic service and was discreet in
other areas; satisaction was always the end result.
.....And I have always been a good tipper because of the service.....
and most imprtantly.....the mp demonstrated..proved to me..that she earned it well.....just like my favourite waiters do in my favourite restaurants..
......The tip comes after.......never before.......
..Of course that does not stop you from doing what you want to do...
Any entrepreneur by the fact that he/she has spent money has paid for the right to enforce rules.......at the same token it's the gaz that makes the car move and not the other way around.......the client has the upper hand in the end because every time that he chooses to prawl within the circuit of mp's in the city to relieve his stress or whatever, he will always ask..DO I WANT TO TAKE A GAMBLE or Do I want to return to my favourite place? Most mp supporters return to familiar ground..why..because of performance, service and discretion.......no frontloading taking place in familiar ground...

I understand what you mean on certains points, but they are subjectives. As you pretend you're as good tipper, if you appreciate only. You don't want to pay for the risk of non-quality, but that's part of the game! Non quality workers suffers because they can't count on "recalls" and clients are still looking for a "gem"...And don't play games, you're not a newbie, you know the menu....you know the game....you pay for HJ or a thai with all the risks coming with it about the quality. Maybe you're a gem as a client if you tip well, but most client wants almost everything for pennies....thinking they are "better client" than other...so if I had to run such a bizz a guy would have to know his option before (no "I will see if....etc...) or I would kik em out....telling him to go across the street to a therapeutic place...hihihi...
And if the girl would be very not good at ...nothing, she sould be kiked out too...hihihi...And it's not an esay game for client to find quality and not easy either for the girls to deal with all sorts of clients....few clients are gem too!!

Sid, if the MP place is offering a special $25 and then making the girls work for free I would stay away as far as possible. Anyone making their girls work for nothing is a scum. Basically, they cut the rate in half and took all the girl's money in the deal - the MP owner is still making out like a bandit.

Any time the girls are FORCED to do extras to make ANY income at all, the results are going to be poor. Poor massage, poor service unless you open your wallet and let it all out. It should not be the client's fault of the owner of the place is screwing the girls out of their money.
