Occasionally, I was asked for a higher price. Vera of AquaBay asked me for $100 for BS because she is young (claims to be in her 20s but I think she is early 30) and has a good body. A few years ago, Cindy/SL asked me for $200 for BS, and I had a similar experience with her as in the above case with Rebecca when I said no. She just finished me off real quick. At that time, there were a few reviews on Cindy expressing dissatisfaction with her service too, and I think she then got the message, and her service improved.
Some top MPA in SL may see 10+ clients on a busy day, so for them, it may be better to charge a higher price and serve less number of clients. Those who charge a higher price have to make sure that they provide outstanding services. I don't see Cindy and will not see Rebecca, not because of their charges but their attitude.
After reading what you and OG wrote, I have some thoughts on charges in SL:
1. SL can change to all inclusive like Flirt. Then there will not be any misunderstanding or argument on the price, but of course, SL has to stand up to her services and competition.
2. If there are different charges among girls and Renee approves it. It's better that this makes known to clients. Say, you can put "Premium" on those girls who charge more when you promote the girls in your daily advertisement.
This is the second negative comment on charges by SL (after the one from the newbie) this week, so Renee and you have to do something about it. It may not be an easy decision because SL has to balance between market share/competition and making all the girls happy. Hope my above quick thoughts can be of use to you.
I am happy to see SL grows into a busy spa from a humble stage when it first started, with the hard work of Renee and good support from promoters, like you.
