I treat every worker in respect. I don't expect same level of service from them. They are human and they have plans and dreams like everybody.
If it doesn't work for me, then all I can do is let it go and wish them best.

I also treat people with respect in this industry and expect to be treated fairly ,if this spa is recruiting young girls for this business they should make sure they are in a fit mental state and not force them into something they don't want to do. I paid her the extra she asked for ,but she definetly was not all there during our time together. If she is being coerced then it is the spa owner who is at fault.
