Hi, I am reading up about oils to use in hair and on scalp. To get the oils out I read that you should shampoo your hair without any water giving it a good rub to produce a good lather, then repeat this two more times!! Does anyone else have any tips....SLS free shampoo don't really produce...

How exactly are these absorbed through the skin? What concentration gets into the blood stream? How does this affect the body?
