Yes, and I remember just about everybody except Drunk Trump himself was saying that, including all the Republican candidates themselves. It just proves there was massive fraud both times he got elected, with a lot of help from his friends in Russia. The worst fraudster claims fraud against himself. I used to know a guy that was trying to steal a large screen TV from his workplace. He failed and ended up claiming to management that he caught someone trying to steal it. Fraudsters and thieves do this all the time. It's called a backup failure plan. This is exactly what Drunk Trump did.
