A couple of early, but important notes, E&M is in a sleepy plaza in the middle of Markham, felt super discreet and easy to park without drawing too much attention. The land was sold about 2 yrs or so ago to build new office complex but the pandemic hit us and the new owner held back and waiting for the right time to start his new project. It seems like pandemic is under control now and the place might got knocked down soon, that's why Magic Garden just set up a new spa Soothing Health in Woodbridge in case if the place got knocked down earlier than they have anticipated.
