Clarification on room rates vs extras?

So I've been doing my homework and looking around, most places have a pretty standard room fee of $30-50 or so for a half hour, maybe 80 for a full hour, and that gets you admission to the room and a normal massage for half an hour. And during that time, if you want anything beyond the normal massage, you make an agreement with the attendant for perhaps $50 or $100, depending on the service offered. This is considered a "tip", although it's directly for the service, and if the service was good you should also do a tip in the conventional sense of maybe $20 or so as a gratuity.

Is this understanding correct?

Two questions, then.

Does any of the room fee go to the attendant, if I just want the basic massage and nothing fancy for my first visit? Or am I essentially forcing her to work for free, and the house keeps the entire room fee?

And secondly, I've seen a couple places with considerably higher room fees, such as Seduction which is $140 for 30 minutes, (ie. about what the room rate and the extras would add up to at many other places). They say that rate is "all inclusive", does this mean traditionally "extra" services are included? Or is it just a much higher room rate for some reason, and you still have to pay for anything beyond the massage?

More or less. Essentially you have the room fee; an agreed upon service fee, even if it was never discussed; and a tip.

This varies from place to place. Some get a flat rate per customer, some get a percentage, some are on a sliding scale depending on number of customers and repeats, and yes, some get nothing except the tips. If you go to a place where the MPA gets nothing and you don't tip, she's working for free. Even if there are no extras, but she works hard for you, always consider leaving a tip.

Normally at these places a body slide is the "all inclusive". If you want more, you pay more. It's YMMV and prices vary greatly depending on the place, the service, and the MPA.

Let's say for a $40 room fee for 30min:

The $40 goes to the house.
The attendant will have a standard fee of approx. $90-100. This goes to the attendant.
So the published rate at Seduction already includes the $40+100. Don't be fooled by those places that only publish the room fee.

actually it depends on which spa. Some spa gives $10 to the girls. Fewer spas are giving $10 to the girls with the rising costs of rent or slow businesses.

Generally the fee ranges as little as 40 to upwards of $140. Non Asian mpas tend to charge more than the Asian counterparts. Probably it has something to do with supply and demand. A milf demanded $140 for FS despite she is old enough to be my grandma lol

sometimes you have to give the girls the incentive to work for you especially right now.
