Question How to create a new account

I have a friend who isn't overly proficient in English and she asked me if I could create an account for her on Massage Planet.
I used her e-mail to create a new account but it was rejected and the message I got was this.

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Your account has been rejected for the following reason: Your registration has been rejected as it resembles spam-like or automated behavior. Please contact the administrator for further information or assistance..


Could someone please tell me what has to be done to create an account for this lady?
There was nothing spam like at all, nor was it automated.
I did use the "contact us" feature but have yet to hear anything.

Hi, could you solve this? I have a friend with exactly same problem, he always gets this message when he tries to create a new account here.

I contacted the Admin and the problem was resolved.
