WHAT TO EXPECT: - prior to your appointment I will ask a few questions to determine your health background and preferences - I will arrive to your location about 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment - I will then head to the washroom to deeply wash my hands and forearms, giving you a few minutes to get ready for the session. - I will check in periodically to ensure the pressure is to your liking, but other than that your only job during the session is to focus on calm breathing and enjoying the time An important thing to keep in mind is due to health and hygiene reasons I won’t provide towels, tables or oils for the session so that you can be sure that you are the only one using the articles used for the session.
