Fireballs Evolution was there but I hid his identity for his personal safety. There are a couple of radical guys that have indicated they wanted to inflict bodily harm to him, and that is the last thing I want at these fiestas.

The incident you were referring to was very quick and over in a second. I know both parties well and neither would look for a fight.

People do send in donations, but usually to Amo....we could advertise that as well. Quite often my Team Juanita clients send money through our taxi driver as well.

I am sorry that you don't feel comfortable at the fiestas. I remember when I met you Ben looked at you as if he wanted to kill you...so I hugged you. Anyone that can get under that guys skin is ok with me.

I have seen the most bitter rivals on the internet get their pics taken together over the years....and most of the time one party is Ben.

Some folks get all worked up behind the keyboard, but once in public cooler heads prevail.

I understand there was almost a fight at the last fiesta? Some misunderstanding about some mongers thinking somebodies girlfriend was up for grabs, and she wasn't, so words were exchanged?

Jesus I wonder what would happen if I ever showed up to one of those gatherings?

Sampson if you want to raise more money, you should try to figure out a way for others to send a little donation if they can't make it to the fiesta.

I remember two years I didn't make it to the fiesta I sent Milkman a money order for a few bucks to his PO box.( even then I wasn't going to send a check with my real name on it)

Hello Amigos,

The Christmas Year/End fiesta this year will be held Saturday December 5th at 7:30pm in El Torito Pub on Revolucion between 2nd and Third Street. Free beer, soda and water will be available for all. We will be offering 100 free tacos as well, and Amo and I are excited about this venue. We will be on the second floor and it is spacious and has pool tables and a mechanical bull as well. The mechanical bull will be free and maybe the pool tables too, but I am not sure.

The owner has been very generous with his pricing to bring us in and if this works out I believe it could be our permanent home of the fiestas. He is offering a $20 corkage fee complete with service. We all know that tourism is dead on Rev, but this guy seems to be one of the really true "good people" on Rev and he has owned El Torito Pub for 15 years now. He speaks good English and sees this as an opportunity to bring more business in. His name is Alejandro or "Alex" and if you are in the area stop by and say hello and let him know you plan to attend the fiesta on December 5.

As many of you know this fiesta is a fund raiser for the orphanage we have been working with since 2001 I believe. There are only 12 kids this year, and if you want to sponsor one, please pm me. Generally $50 work of clothes/and or toys is what we shoot for per kid. There is a need for 3 bikes as well and if you want to buy one, please again pm me, so that we don't duplicate gifts.

We can also use gifts for the raffle. Booze, cd's, books, shirts, etc are all appreciated and gag gifts are as well. We will try to have the drawing at 10pm for those that have plans for later in the evening. Tickets will be $10 each, 3 for $20, 10 for $60 and 20 for $100. 100% of the raffle proceeds will go to the orphanage. The last two prizes will be a one hour date with a Team Juanita escort. Now you do not have to donate or buy raffle tickets to attend, as this is a year end celebration and I understand that money may be tight for some. Please do not let your inability to donate keep you from the fiesta. Don't worry if you are new or a lurker, as there are no strangers, just friends I haven't met yet. Feel free to bring your friends...men or women as again everyone is welcome.
