Would anyone help me with my English through chatting?

Please help, I'm on upper-intermediate level of English and I think it hasn't improved anything!! There's a boy in my class who knows a lot because he has an English neighbor, I'd like to chat to an English speaker, we could help each other.


? If you see my questions, I've asked this many times, and there have been people who have answered saying that they want to help me; but, when I message them, they never answer back! So, I have nobody to practice.


I am 23 years old, so, I'd rather people my age or more, I don't see anything bad talking to a person who is 16, 17, but I've been added for 13 girls, and I don't really like because I don't want their parents think that their little daughters are talking to a pedophile.

The last thing is that I do NOT want to talk about sex, I just want to improve my English. I'm sorry for making this so long, but I wanted to clarify that.
