Hey there. I'm a 15 year old and have worked out a couple of times but im a little unsure about some things.
is it good to go back and fourth between exercises for different muscle groups. For example, can i do 3 sets of bicep curls then go to triceps dips then go back to bicep curls after?
Is it good to have protein before or after a workout, and what is the best source of protein beside those protein powered shakes?
How much cardio is enough, as well as how do i know when iv worked out enough? i know its goo to push yourself but when is it time to call it quits?
What are some other tips for working out in a gym and at home with weights for a 15 year old. Im new to working out so your help and tips will be greatly appreciated.
