at 35 rather than 29? Last year's DREAM Act had a age cap at 29, so why is it being raised to 35. I would think that if Durbin wanted the DREAM ACT to be passed he would have the age lowered instead of raised. It does not make sense since it didn't pass at 29, it would seem to have a harder time now that it has beIng raised to 35. In the original bill, there was no age cap, and to quiet critics an age cap of 30 was placed in. Then it got lowered to 29.
