Ok i intend to do Poland some other time along with some of those north eastern countries. But this thread is more about Budapest. So dont want to go off too much on a tangent that way.

In fact im only stopping off in Budapest because flying with Malev to get to Bucharest and Odessa, seems the best route from where I am based.

But may as well stop off for a few nights and sample some of what the city has to offer. Its looking like the centre of the city is based around
