What's your opinion about today's music and should rock music be re-introduced?

Im tired of hearing today's music where majority of the songs have annoying choruses and simple beats repeated over and over, are played by artists that can't sing musically(if you know how bad it is when you watch them live or when they lip-sing, you'll understand) , and are about sex,clubs, and other bad influences. I understand that maybe some songs are really good, but if you look at current music as a whole, it's true in my opinion. What's your opinion about today's music?

Also, I miss rock music(I mean A LOT! Favs: Nirvana, Metallica, Led Zeppelin, etc.), but there's barely any popular modern rock bands. Do you think rock music should make a come back to today's society and maybe re-introduce 80s and 90s styles?

Rock is still around, and rock is still great. You're just too lazy to look for it.

I'm just messing with you, man. Try some new stuff, it's great. It doesn't half to be good mainstream rock to be good rock.

I complete understand what ur saying. Today's music has no real meaning, it's just the same thing over and over! Rock from the 80's and 90's had some sort of deeper meaning. yeah, some of them talked about sex and drugs but that's what Rock n Roll was. I would love for rock to come back but I fear rock will never be the same I personally love Mötley Crüe and Iron Maiden

Today's music is so dumb. It's either about drugs, alcohol, sex or big bootys. Yes rock music should make a huge comeback.
