What would be a good way to introduce yourself to a girl if all you know

about her is where she lives.? There is a cute woman who lives about three blocks from me. i have noticed her driving in her car while I was out jogging. I don't know her name, where she works or what she does or who she hangs out with. What would be a creative way to introduce my self without just going up to her door. I don't want to come across like some crazy stalker.
I have actually given this a lot of thought so maybe I am a stalker.

Going up to her door and asking her for something would be weird since its three blocks away and around two corners.

I can't really talk to her because the only time I see her is when she is in her car. I guess I could wave or something just to break the Ice.

Following her to the store is out of the questions. I am not prepared to go to that level of Stalkery
I am fresh out of Ideas.

I have considered intentionally tripping while she is driving by and seeing if she would stop to check on me. I am not that desperate though yet.

I guess I will just have to wait and see if fate brings us together.
