What to say to a girl you were just introduced to. Help!!!?

So my friend is going to introduce me to a girl I find really attractive and really feel like I want to get to know her. My problem is I always freeze up or am just simply bad with meetings like this. The usual scenario is "Alex meet cidney, cidney meet Alex. " or something like that, I then say something like "hi, nice to meet you" she replies and it's pretty much dead after that and just gets awkward. I need help with what to say or maybe some icebreakers or something flirtatious to say in order to transition into a short conversation or getting her number. I'm confident I can deal with the latter, but I need help with what to say right after interduction. Oh and please no really simple "how was your day?" or "the weather is nice" I'm looking for something interesting that she'll remember me for (in a positive way!) but, of course, any help will be appreciated!
