What rule changes would you introduce to improve football matches. ?

Here is mine.

!. 10 players instead of 11.
2. Penalties only taken by a player coming from the bench.
3. Summer football instead of winter (Season Apr-Sept)
4. No points for a draw. Only 3 pts for a win.
5 Free admission for fans under 15
6. Women's play before Mens (Same fixture)
7. Goal-line sensors

These are ones of the top of my head. You can add or improve them if you want to, Feel free.

If 2 players argue and try to fight with each other the ref should blow his whistle make the two players go to the half-way line and fight it out. Whoever wins get's to stay on the field and get's the decision their way the loser who will be beaten half to death will have leave the field. They can choose one weapon from 3 nunchucks, cricket bat or hatchet. This would make the game more violent but more exciting lol

First off I would approve goal line technology. Not an extra official watching the line, but an actual sensor that reads when the ball completely crosses the goal line. If this was the case, Manchester United would have already clinched the EPL because Chelsea would have lost to Tottenham the previous week.

Second, I would have an extra on field official to watch play off the ball. There are so many fouls missed because the referee watches the ball and the play involved with it, but off the ball there are needless challenges and fouls.

Third, I would have a less strict conduct policy. Players get excited on the field after a goal and curse words are said, shirts are taken off but its all in passion of the game.

Last but not least, I would add instant replay. It would be used for handballs, fouls in the penalty area, rough challenges that are red card worthy and diving. Also if a player is card for a foul, and replay is used but is found that said player dint commit a foul and that the opposing player dived a yellow would be given to the diver.

My changes:
1) Tom Henning Ovrebo should be killed and used an example to all dumbassss referees
2) Divers should be penalised with a straight red card after being judged guilty by video technology"cough" "cough" Ronaldo, or atleast sent off the pitch to a pool
3) Bring back Andy Gray and Martin Tyler, and get rid of all the female officials
4) Cap club transfer spending.......fifa fair play will take care of that
5) Be more lenient with the fans that run onto the pitch and make an assss of themselves - fine them, dont ban them for life
6) If Arsene Wenger continues to buy kids, someone should tell him to try and find a prostitute

Summer football would so not work lol. 1. Referees in each half. 2. Goal line sensors. And video referee. It works in the nfl, it would work in football. A unfair red card could be as just if not more harmful than a goal being given unfairly.3. Stiffer penalties for violent play.
