Massage is known to promote relaxation, ease pain, and increase flexibility. At Minnesota State College Southeast, Massage Therapist program students are learning how to provide expert massage services under the guidance of instructors Jeanne Handke and Amanda McDougal. Now these students are ready to work directly with clients at the collegeโs student clinic.
Starting in January, one-hour massages will be available to the general public on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3 p.m., 4:20 p.m., and 5:40 pm. The cost is $20.
The student clinic is at Minnesota State College Southeast, 1250 Homer Rd., Winona, and runs through May 13.
The schedule fills quickly, so the college recommends making appointments as early as possible. To make an appointment, contact Amanda at 507-453-1457 or [email protected].
