Her number seems to be still active, but it eventually seems to go to a fax machine. I passed by her place and her car was in the driveway. I rang the doorbell of her basement studio, but no one answered. It has been quite a few months that she has not answered. I'm surprised because I had seen her one week, and the next week the phone was not answered and going to the fax. Seemed a little strange. I thought maybe something happened...did she get busted?

Like italiano, I'd like to know if anyone has info. Sarah was a nice lady.

Czar, in my opinion, going to her private place and ringing her doorbell is way out-of-place. Even if it's a "downstairs studio", it's still her place! If you have no answer on the phone, going to her place is plain creepy and you have no business there.

Chances are very high it's because of guys like you if she's out of the business. I don't know what time you went there but I can see some other going at all time of day or night. Bad choice on her side to do this at home, agreed. Some peoples are so nice they forget others don't think about anybody but themselves. She probably never imagined it would go that way.

metoo4...I understand your opinion, but I don't agree with you and you shouldn't be so quick to pass judgement. She operated a beauty salon from her basement, seperate entrance from her home. Like any business, people came and went. Those who know her, know she operated only during the day. I went there discretely to check on things, out of genuine concern for her, because from one week to the next, things changed. It seemed odd. Over the last 8 years, Sarah and I had become "friends" as much as possible in a client/SP relationship and we looked forward to seeing each other.

You are entitled to your opinion (I noticed that you seem to have lots!)...and I can respect that...but in this case, you do not have the full story.
