How would I get about 1000 calories and about 50grams of protein per meal . I want to start on some vegetarian diet, and see how it goes for a few weeks. If it works out I would continue. Do I just eat 10 bananas? Or is that bad for me? I hate apples. I can eat oranges. I love tomatoes and regular green salads. I am going shopping in the morning, so could somebody give me a list of what I can get to have at least 1500 calories per day on vegetables only. Maybe an egg white or two.
