Concerning Adelitas, if you make good money and you think $100 is cool for 1/2 hour with what you think is a 9 or a 10 (especially since you're on your first visit to Adelitas etc) then you'll pay it. Many do. Experienced mongers get good prices but a whore is going to go where the money is FIRST and then take a vet for less if there is nothing else going on. So if they don't know you, they'll start high and hope you bite.

Some guys go up for a lot less because they got game and can negotiate. Maybe she knows the guy is a short pop and she'll be back on the floor in 15 minutes so she'll take him for $60. plus a tip. Maybe she knows that the guy is a great session and she feels like going up with him for $50. because he knows how to do her and she's in the mood- who knows.

Posting prices is important because it establishes a trend and is a guideline for others.

But you should NEVER pay $100.00 and the reason is that as soon as pussy knows it can get the long green, she'll turn into a snake in the grass and wait for the pollo shirts to walk in. Soon, other girls will follow in her snail trail and then the next thing you know, anything less than $100 won't get you a session at Adelitas. Remember too that girls at AB must pay a fee every night just to work there. That makes 'em pushy too.

The girls in the Alley are a different story. Spanish helps in negotiating but all the girls know you're going to try to beat them down. Handing a girl $18.75 for a $20.00 session is something only my good friend Scatmandoo would do. Pay her the $20. Don't be a cheap ass. If you tell her $20.00 then it's $20.00. What? You're going to get her on a technicality due to the fucking exchange rate? You'd have to fuck 100 girls at that rate to make enough money to pay your gas.

If you monger to have a great session then go for the great session with a girl who looks like she's good for it. Pay her, then move on and post your TR about her.

If you just want to get laid, then of course just about anything will do right? Try to do your part to discourage the girls from going crazy on the money. But understand you'll always have the noobie with the bank-roll and the trouser-smile who'll pay anything to bed the lusty 19 year old latina with the perfect body, the big smile and who is making them BIG EYES at him from across the room. If you're next up, it could cost you if moneybags overspent.

Now eveyone is entitled to their opinion, but the overwhelming thought over the years I have participated on boards like this, it that posting prices is important. That way guys won't over pay and not what type of prices are available.

These boards are suppose to be about sharing information and I would think price and length of session are very important to share.

I'll be happy to address what you seek Michael.
What you pay for chica services in La Zona is based on many factors.
Pricing for bar girls has been pretty consistent over the years.

I find that mongers who have been going down to TJ for more than 4 or 5 years often hark back to the days of widely available $40 half-hour sessions. But unless your hobbying experiences in TJ go back at least that long, you've probably experienced bar girl pricing in the $50 or $60 range over recent years. While I've enjoyed just a couple of $40 sessions (with some gordas ) I definitely prefer the flaca (thin) girls who are in somewhat greater demand. Consequently I'm usually paying 600 pesos for the pleasure of a session upstairs with an attractive flaca.

Even after a few years of mongering I don't know enough spanish to hold a decent conversation. But I quickly learned how to negotiate with chicas completely en espanol. I'm not one to sit and drink and pay for repeated fischas with a chica before taking her up, but instead make most of my chica selections from observation and ocassionally due to recommendations by fellow mongers. So limited spanish has gotten me by since I only negotiate specific services (i.e. acts) with street girls. I simply expect that a bar girl will allow me to do what I want for half an hour, and that's generally the case (It's absolutely the case with BGs that I repeat with).

I've only paid 700 pesos three times after well over 100 BG sessions.
The first time was with AB's daytime Alejandra de Guadalajara. I had sessioned with her two or three times before @ $60 in 2005 but for my third (or fourth) trip upstairs with her I tried paying her in pesos instead. She politely informed me that it would be 700p if I was using pesos. I paid her the 700p with a smile and then continued to be polite back to her for more than half a year as took up other girls and never made her another arriba offer. After this went on for many months she eventually blocked my path one afternoon as I entered Adelitas to use the banos and asked me if I wanted to go up. I squared away that I would be happy to go arriba with her... for 600p. She gladly accepted and 600p became our established rate for several more sessions in 2006!

I ran into Ingrid de Tijuana the first month she returned to CC in March 2006after a 3 or 4 year retirement. She quoted me $70 firm and refused my 600p offer. It was around 2 AM and I then offered her 700 pesos but said I wanted the session to be in my Leyva room and not the Jalos Hotel (attached to CC). She accepted, but I had to return at 3AM when her shift was over.

The third time I paid 700p was for a chica from Bar Tropical, but that was for a promised one hour session at my room in the Leyva. Otherwise I've generally paid 500 pesos or 600 pesos for bar girls as I stopped using dollars very early on. There is usually nothing negative perceived by the chica for making her a low (but not insulting) offer or countering her initial offer. It's customery and not distained like that type of negotiating might be in the United States.

For example, a year ago last January I finally decided to take up the infamous Malena at AB. She quoted me $60 but immediately accepted my counter offer of 500p without batting an eyelash or displaying a frown. $46 for half an hours work in Mexico is good money.

I think it is important to know what mongers like have paid for various experiences since you have ben down there so many times. You also talked about inflation in TJ and you not wanting to pay for cab fares. I guess we could get in a pissing match about this, since you got smart ass about paying 500 bucks for a 9 or 10. Why don't your give us all some advice on what to pay, for what services, for what time, etc. It may be helpful, instead of saying you did this and that, yet noone knows for what price. Just saying pay 50 or 60 is not helping, when we don't have any detalis about services.

Most of the readers in this "Tijuana" section are residents from the Los Angeles and San Diego areas of the United States. Bargaining and haggling are not nearly as commonplace in the U.S. as they are in Mexico.
In Mexico it is actually expected. In many cases a gringo is looked upon as a freespending fool when he accepts the first quote given him in some consumer exchanges, like buying pussy from a puta.

It is not unusual for people from the U.S. to overspend during their first few forays south of the border because, relatively speaking, many things looks very inexpensive compared to similar goods available in the United States. However the smart ones soon learn how to deal effectively (which often means frugally) in Mexico as they get more experience.

Now that doesn't mean you have to pay the asking price, after all this is Mexico, and when you are in Mexico, you bargain. If she quotes $80 you quote $60, and really she won't get offended unless you offer a real low rate like $20.

But yes, I noticed the asking price is higher now. Hong Kong, chicas at night are asking $80 dollars, and some dumb ones even try to get $100. I don't hang out at AB much, but even when I do go there, a lot of chicas ask for $70 now. Hell, in Miami, I had a slightly over weight Gal, demand $80 from me, and she was serious too, and I almost paid it, because she was HOT and had a great big ass!

Went there last week for the third time. Some posts complain about the 15 min. with the street workers. I use it as a warm up. For 20 bucks, you can't beat pounding away with a pretty chica. I usually get three different girls, then go to AB and finish it off. On my most recent trip, I did my 15 mins with two girls, then got a BBBJCIM from the third. All for 75 bucks, including hotel. There were over 100 girls on the street to chose from. Then I went to AB, had a few drinks, and was ready to hit it again. Got a hottie for 70 bucks for 1/2 hour.
