Thanks for adding items from the UK. We need more of that here! There is a mention of an item in the UK and one in Australia in this Travel Clocks thread, which may also help you, until others reply here.

I just pulled out my reply, as it hosts both ukgal99 & melb's comments within it:

What about a nurses fob watch that you pin to your uniform.

Enter the timer I't digital, it has 2 ways of of telling you time is up, and you can use one, 2 or all 3 of them - a ring, which is as rude as an alarm clock, a red flashing light, and vibrating. It has clip on it. I usually just use the flashing light option, set it up next to the supplies and wait for the red light to start flashing. I think it can work as a clock too.

Have either of you, a picture or link by chance? Both sound like possible options.


melb - I also go with the 1 hour timed CD's. I still like a back up, in case the CD player doesn't work (have had that happen). The flashing light sounds like a good idea, as does the clip on, as I can't always see if I haven't got the contacts in or the glasses or off. I am all about multi-purpose!
