Massage guns are perhaps the fitness world's worst-kept secret, and Theragun the undisputed behemoth that rules them all. Which, naturally, means these premium models come with a fairly hefty price tag.
But, for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the 5th Gen Theragun Pro (still the gold standard in percussive therapy) is at its lowest price ever — £349, knocked down from £499.
Now 30% Off
Loaded with smart features and an excellent range of massage heads, the Theragun Pro is also one of the most powerful massage guns on the market, boasting 16mm amplitude (that's how far the device can reach into your muscles), a whopping 60lb stall force (how much pressure you can apply before the motor stalls) and an impressive five speeds, ranging 1750-2400 percussions per minute.
Toggle the speed using the intuitive five-button control panel
So how does it work? Essentially, massage guns use percussive therapy to boost blood circulation in the muscles, which promotes and speeds up your body's natural healing processes. They're a godsend on tight calves, sore hamstrings and hip niggles — just use on each muscle group for around 2-5 minutes post-run (but don't skimp your stretch!). The Theragun Pro, with its impressive power and range of attachments, provides deeper, faster, more targeted and more long-lasting relief.
The OLED screen displays your speed as well as different massage routines
The Theragun Pro has a lot of selling points, but for me, the range of attachments is what really stands out. There's a massage head for every sore spot, niggle, knot and large muscle group.

This Cyber Monday discount knocks an impressive 30% off the Theragun Pro, making it a rare opportunity to bag a truly excellent piece of recovery tech for less. I've had mine several years now and it's still going strong — it's as powerful and the battery life as long-lasting as when I first unboxed it. But this deal is only good until midnight tonight!

Cons
- App connection is a little unreliable
- At 1.25kg it's pretty heavy

- Standard Ball – A rounded head with a little give, for general use all over the body. Great on glutes and quads.
- Dampener – Slightly softer than the standard ball and with a larger surface area, for use on tender areas or near bones.
- Wedge – A firm tapered edge to get deep into shoulder blades or the IT band.
- Thumb – For targeted pressure on gnarly knots and pressure points — great for sore feet.
- Supersoft – Ideal for tender areas as well as joints and bones.
- Micropoint – Possibly my favourite attachment, the head of the micropoint is covered in flexible silicone spikes for increased stimulation.
