Decided to try out le penthouse,

Booking: the receptionist was easy to talk to, I asked her in advance what the range of tipping was for the girls and was told I should bring 200-300 dollars in total, =(

I hesitated as this is waaay over the regular pricing of very good places in Montreal, I figured I would TOFTT and see what this place has to offer as the pictures of the girls were nice and some of the earlier reviews were good, I can pay more for more...

I asked who was available and as it was early I was informed there were only two, I decided to show and see who was there.

parking is available, not so discreet as it says 302 ph reserved, lol, but convenient. Location is convenient, not downtown, except during a regular workday it is hell to get around decarie.

Nice entrance, the receptionist was pleasant, she informed me the other two girls weren't there so she asked for the room fee and said she would present the girl and then come back. (If she is coming back she doesn't need to take the money first, lol, not a big deal though)

The girl Nadia was pretty and had a cute outfit on, I accepted.

The rooms are nice, I took the standard room instead of the others as I wasn't in the mood for a spa and there is only a slight difference in size between them. They are well furnished except for the massage tables, if they are trying to be high-end they could put in fixed tables not the thinner faux wood ones that are very light and move around. A for the rooms, B+ for the showers and C for the massage tables.

The TV was playing much music, not porn, I didn't mind.

Pretty face from Maroc, looks a little like Rachel Weisz crossed with a little Kristen Scott Thomas, pretty and sweet girl. Outfit was like a french maid with high white stockings lace, extra short top, very nice look. You can get the info on her from the website I guess (height weight etc.. is alll accurate), in summary she has a classic look and she is young, early twenties.

Massage,

Good massage, although it lacked sensuality, pleasant conversation although there were long pauses and the hints for sensual touching were not taken. Had to take charge to move things forward after almost 30 mins of massage. I would say that her attitude was ok, it is more that she lacked experience, (that could change shortly, as I have seen in the past). All safe, the session cost 250 (50 for the room, 200 options)

Conclusion,

The price is way out of line with the competition, as stated earlier, I am a strong believer that if you offer more, you can charge more. However, while the parlour itself has reasonable pricing for its rooms, the option pricing puts them at the price of VIP escorts and a much more open menu. Due to the overall price difference to 2214-Isis etc... I would say that unless you find a specific MP that you feel provides service which substantiates the fees, it is not as good an option. If some standard pricing is installed, (like at the other top places), with the MPs than I believe the penthouse would compete very well with what is available in Montreal, (from what I have seen it is $110-$140 or so).

Without seeing all or most of them I can't comment on the level of girls being better than anywhere else, it seems they have similar at least. They just aren't at a level to ask for the price aaaaaaand BTW I would happily pay it for a higher level of service, which is why I decided to try it out in the first place.

Recommend girl? Yes, if my description floats your boat...

Repeat? I will wait to see if after a bit more time the market accepts the pricing or it is adjusted, didn't seem that busy to me....

Perfectly worded and couldn't agree more. I would love to visit here more often than i do, but i just can't bring myself to pay for something i can get elsewhere for a much cheaper price, not to mention usually cheaper as well. IF they would guide the girls better, i'm sure the place would do well. In the meantime, i've been several times and over the last 3 months, prices have gone down while the girls are more and more just in-call service.....massages have been brutal. but there is always hope in the air.

This place is very expensive but have nice rooms and beautiful girls, haven't seen an ugly one ever.

Full service (almost gfe sometimes) is 200$, i heard some girls dare to ask more.
