My sister has unrelenting BAD cramps in the weeks around her period, and when we spoke about sound healing in my massage course, the teacher mentioned that sound waves focused on his ex-girlfriend's lower back seemed to be the only thing that would alleviate her menstrual pain. My sister is currently waiting for medical benefits to kick in so that she can get checked out, but in the meantime, does this look like something that could help her? of course, I'm stilll browsin around, it looks a little pricey

My sister has unrelenting BAD cramps in the weeks around her period

Has she tried acupuncture or reflexology? Both work wonders for menstrual complaints. In fact, I had a client back in March that after her first reflexology session the cramping dissipated considerably. By her second period the cramping was non-existent, she was so surprised when she got her period because she didn't have 10 days of warning cramps. Could be your sis just needs a gentle boost like my client did.

I have helped several clients with Acupressure, Reflexology, and also referred a few to a local Doula that is trained in Arvigo Abdominal Massage. This has BTW changed their lives.
