It may be just me, but it seems that a lot of school girl uniforms have migrated to the alley. Couple of times the line-up under the Hacienda Hotel on Constitucion was totally empty. I stayed at both Rizo de Oro and Cascadas this trip, since I had to break back to SD mid trip. Rizo is much nicer, but Cascadas is more convenient. I had an unrenovated room on the 6th floor of the Cascadas that was a dump. Elevator also broke down for half my stay, so I had more unwanted excercise. Mermaids is a massage parlor and you typically see none or only one School Girl Costumed chica in front of Mermaids. On both sides of Coahuila you are far more likely to be approached by male barkers for Mermaids with a pitch going something like "an hour with a chica (or 2 chicas) for $30". But that pitch is really only selling you a room fee and only a lame massage . I didn't watch the whole news clip.
