Hello
Just looking for a little advice. After seven months of pain was diagnosed with rotated sacroilliac joint on right side. Phyiotherapy has stabilised the joint (7 weeks stable) but I still have pain, tenderness, discomfort in this area and my low back (though pain is not as bad as it was). I've had 4 sessions of acupuncture which I think helped with pain relief but benefit appears to wear off. I'm now considering myofascial release, which I had read about on this site. My questions are: is this likely to be helpful and if so should I complete my rehab with physio and acupuncture first or get started now? Thanks for any help/advice.
