Wyndam I'm like you in that when visit spas I often like to check several out and go back to the best one. They sure don't like it.

Some are downright superstitious believing that your walking (especially if it is the first customer for the day) will bring bad luck for the rest of the day. I have recounted several stories, on another board, about this; including one time as I left, I got an earful from the mamasan who followed me out the door and threw some salt on the door steps to get rid of the bad karma.
