Here's my go to move to make it happen.

Throughout my rub down, I'll do some mild flirting.
Then switch it up to ask them if their body is sore from giving massages all day.
That question is almost always answered with a yes.
So if we're finished with time left, I'll offer to reciprocate the favour.
Tends to work most of the time.
And if they don't have another appointment right away, it usual leads to going over the hour.

Sorry I can't tell you who this has worked with.
I'm worried that they will get many offers for a massage, leading to mine being denied.

A well executed reverse where one puts on one's dedicated service provider's hat, and some serious unrushed effort often results in the YMMV envelope getting stretched to new dimensions. Plus longer sessions at no additional costs whenever business is slower. And for therapists who may normally not be into the FS side of things, once in a while this may be the pathway.

The one barrier that I've personally encountered is that if I'm not particularly attracted to them, I don't enjoy giving them a massage the next time. Clearly I would be a failure as a professional masseur.

Have you asked any of the ladies that you want to massage? That is a good place to start. But even better if you have invested some effort in developing good skills. Some of of the better therapists truly dislike lazy masseurs.

lets be super clear. no lady believes your or I have any skill to massage them. if they needed a massage, they would go pay a professional.

Wrong . You need to see better therapists than Sasha, and your own requirements for massages may improve over time, and then your skills in giving one. No harm intended in my post. But some of these ladies don't have much free time, especially time to pre-book and head off to another shop with an appointment. So they actually appreciate a client who has real skills. Occasionally, even the ladies who manage/own these shops discover such a client and then compete against their own therapist to get a massage . Reciprocal benefits flow to the client. YMMV power, again.

Wrong again. You will never get a true massage exchange. But what you will get as a paying customer is tonnes of YMMV benefits. Call it gratuity. A tired therapist who receives true relief from a client who gives a thoroughly deep massage is showered with other benefits. As long as you don't come across as greedy or one who is only massaging for benefits in exchange. Whatever develops is a bonus.
