I have decided to put my cats back on to a food that they used to eat all be it some while ago.
I know that when introducing a new food it should be done by gradually mixing a little of the new food with the current food and gradually increasing the amount of the new food.
My question is as the food is being re-introduced do I still need to introduce it gradually or can I put my three little darlings straight back on it?
To be honest it doesn't make a huge difference either way but I am interested to hear what the general opinion is.
Thanks in advance.
Cbsteh they are a little picky with their food but they do like the food that is being re-introduced ( I suppose that stands to reason or I wouldn't bother!) I'm asking because I know that cats can get upset stomachs at a sudden change in their diet.
Heather I know just what you mean about the wet food!
JOANNE your cats sound about as fussy as mine!
