Hey Rusty! I heard that some MPA's like cold pizza and instant jello pudding. Mind you, that may just be a rumour.
I can't understand why an MPA would not want to have a hearty breakfast at least an hour before work. A girl needs her strength given the fact that she may be booked through lunch.
Here's what I would suggest for all MPA's to have before work:
* 2 cups of strong coffee
* 3 hard boiled eggs
* 2 pieces of whole wheat toast (no butter)
* 5 strips of lean turkey bacon or a soya patty
* Half a grapefruit or 1 orange (double it if you smoke)
The coffee will wake you up and help you focus your attention, the eggs will kick start your digestive system, the whole wheat toast will help cleanse your system and the bacon/patty will provide you with enough energy to push you through the day. The grapefruit/orange will assist you in fighting colds.
