Dude, Bait and Switch means when a girl puts up a FAKE pic on her ad, then when you get to her place its someone else.

You can use a web site like Tineye.com, and then just put the URL into the bar and follow directions it will show you if that Pic gets any fake "hits" You can also google the girls number, and that will often times give you different results.
