I know that there has been a few reviews lately on this place, and they sounded like things got a better there, but quite frankly after my visit tonight, I was not impressed.

Went with the intention of getting a half decent massage of my neck, since it has been a little tight on the right side lately, and needed to finally release the muscle knot.

Anyway, drove around, and it looked clear, not much traffic, went in and was met at the door by an older, (middle-aged) Asian girl. On a positive note I have had great experiences in other places. One of which is on 17th Ave and the other on Center Street. Both are undiscovered country, that has been discovered. Diamonds in the rough, both of them.
One place on Center was closed by the city, I am guessing for health reasons or licensing reasons.
I even think that Sensational Massage is also gone, (26ave SW) any intel?

So I am confused with who you saw at Northland. Is Lisa the owner, the same one that has been there for ever? She also goes by the name Coco? The one that mumbles and doesn't speak English very well?

First, let's get names correct. Northland Health Centre and Northland Medical Centre are next door neighbors.
Go to Medical and you'll really be stuck - they are an accupuncture studio and also sell herbal compounds.
For what you want, you need to go to the Health Centre, and yes, Lisa is boss girl and badly needs lessons in English. Yes again. She used to answer to Coco.
There are a couple of Korean girls - Nancy and Angel, who will be getting more exposure soon. No guarantees on when.
