What do i do with soulbound items I can't use? Do i just sell them to vendors or is there other use for these items?

sell them to a vendor or disenchant them (if u do enchanting)

That depends, if its bind on equip (BOE) than you can still sell it on the auction house, If its bind on pickup (BOP) then you can do one of three things
1. Disenchant it (if you are an enchanter)
2. Sell it to a vendor
3. Leave it in your inventory to do nothing but take up space
