Alright I have a standard checking account with USBank and I accidentally over drafted by $5.84 and there trying to charge me $163.84 in overdraft fees. I have seen many guides online on how to waive overdraft fees, but I am a complete newbie when it comes to this stuff so they weren't that much help.
When I called them up and stated my case they said they weren't at a position to do anything regarding my account, and of course I didn't know what else to say.
I'm probably going to email them next time since then it will give me a change to properly form a series of reasons on why I don't need to pay said overdraft fees. BUT this is where I need help. I'm completely stumped on what points to add.
