Newbie in relationships?

I've one friend.. 4-5 years ago he was my very good friend,I spent every day with him. But then he moved to another country. And I didn't see him until February this year. He came on my b-day,not even knowing it .I invited him to meet,he changed a lot.He became taller,more handsome,more manly. But in 20 minutes he left me with his brother and went somewhere. After that my friend invited him and his brother over. I actually thought he liked me,he was all so shy,made a lot of photos of me,laughed with me. And then he went away. And in June he came back again . He didn't call or anything . Just silence. From our last meeting I understood how much I like him,he's handsome,funny,smart etc. But does it actually mean that he doesn't care about me ? I don't want to call him myself,I don't want to be an easy girl,who chases after him . Does it mean he doesn't give a damn about me ? Should I just move on or do something ? I'm really confused,my friends tell me, nothing is lost,maybe he'll call or he just forgot about you...It drives me crazy !

Don't give up. This is something that is bothering you so the best action you could take is asking him. Otherwise it will keep bothering you. You are just asking a simple question, there is no offence in that.
