Newbie guitar player is needing some help!!!?

So, I've just started playing the acoustic guitar. I've learned the scales and the 4 basic chords (e, c, d, g ect, and still learning) and I'm getting to the point where I have to learn to change chords.
This is where I mess up.
My fingers keep wanting to fumble and I can't switch cords quickly. Any advice for this?

Oh, and this is a silly question and I think I know the answer, but is there a quick way to get calluses on your fingertips? That would be a big help.

The answer to both questions is more practice. Remember that no one's hands are naturally able to make chords. It only comes with practice.

Here's what I did. Whatever chords are hardest to transition to just go back and forth on those two chords. Go slow then faster and faster. And for calluses just slide your fingers on the string and keep playing.
