two weeks ago i started running to loose the little bit of belly fat that i have
a. is it better to running every day for a half hour at a higher pace ( level 6 out of 10) or is it better to run every other say for an hour at a lower pace (level 5 out of ten)?
b. i have small boobs already and im afraid that becasue i have been running im not only gonna lose belly fat but im afraid my boobs will be come small as well is there a way to prevent this?
